The Orange County Area Legal Recruitment Administrators (OCALRA) is a professional, non-profit organization founded in 2000. The group, which is comprised of legal recruitment administrators and law school career services professionals, prides itself on promoting the exchange of information amongst members, providing monthly meetings, topical programs and promoting the image of legal recruitment professionals within the legal community of Orange County, California.
OCALRA is committed to improving the legal recruiting process and to that end our organization fully supports the goals, programs and timing guidelines set forth by NALP (National Association of Law Placement). OCALRA is a progressive organization with a commitment to embracing and enhancing diversity in the legal profession.
